Hopkinton boasts a variety of residential options to choose from, with options for families, downsizers, and first-time buyers alike. Certainly, the Hopkinton real estate market is highlighted by the stately single-family homes for sale, but there are also several townhomes and condos to choose from.

At the high end of the market are sprawling Colonial houses on lush, green lots. These luxurious homes include a minimum of four bedrooms and four bathrooms on floor plans that are well over 4,000 square feet. But as visually impressive and elegant as these homes are both inside and outside, the properties surrounding them are just as spectacular. Owners of these homes generally have between one and two acres of prime land to play with. While Hopkinton's high-end homes exceed $1 million, there are plenty of attractive single-family homes that fall between $400,000 and $800,000.
