Hopkinton boasts a variety of residential options to choose from, with options for families, downsizers, and first-time buyers alike. Certainly, the Hopkinton real estate market is highlighted by the stately single-family homes for sale, but there are also several townhomes and condos to choose from.

At the high end of the market are sprawling Colonial houses on lush, green lots. These luxurious homes include a minimum of four bedrooms and four bathrooms on floor plans that are well over 4,000 square feet.
