This charming, well cared for cape has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. It featured an adorable sunroom that led to the fully applianced kitchen that opens up to the dining room with hardwood floors. Living room has wall to wall carpet. The bedroom on the first floor had a hardwood floor and the other two bedrooms on the second floor had wall to wall carpet. We could not be happier for our clients Chrissy & Wayne and hope they have many happy years in their new home!
