- Rachel’s Rascals 508-320-8791 – open Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5pm, home-based setting for children ages 3 months to 4 years old

School age before/after school options
- Hopkinton Public Schools Before and After School Program - these programs are provided by Kidsborough for students in grades K-5 with transportation provided where needed. Depending on grade level, care is offered at 2 school site locations as well as an off-site location in town. Open weekdays – 7-9am and 2:30-6pm; summer programs are available. - The Learning Center of Hopkinton Clubhouse School Age Program 59 Wood Street, 508-497-0892 – before and after school program, full-time only
- Metrowest YMCA School’s Out Hopkinton Program, 508-435-9345 x115 – Monday-Friday after school until 6:30pm. After school program for children who attend Elmwood, Hopkins and Marathon Elementary schools
